The lowest rate and per-swipe fee of any platform we replace. Most operators pay 15 to 20 cents a swipe today; we charge 10. Keep your own processor if you prefer, the price is $199 either way.

Common questions
Is there a per-seat or per-user fee?
No. $199 per location per month, whoever and however many people use it.
Do I have to use Culvana payments?
No. Processing at 2.5% + $0.10 is there if you want it. Keep your own processor and the platform is still $199.
What are AI credits and will 2,000 be enough?
Credits meter AI work like invoice reading and forecasting. Each feature shows its cost before you run it. A typical independent stays inside the included 2,000; if you need more, top-ups start at 500 for $25.
Is there hardware to buy?
No. Any device with a browser: PC, tablet, or the phone in your server's apron.
I'm an existing Recipe Costing Software customer. Does my price change?
You do not have to switch, and nothing is taken away from you. If and when you move to Culvana, it is $199 per location per month. The full story is in our note to customers.
